CARS Protection Plus is always looking for quality people to join our team. Our office is located just outside of Pittsburgh, PA and we have many in-house opportunities.
Our clerical staff receives, processes and enters our service contracts, supports management, answers incoming calls, opens claims, and performs all types of customer service.
All our claims adjusters are in-house and do not travel. This position offers a great alternative to mechanics no longer wishing to “turn wrenches” or a service manager that would like a 9-5, M-F, place to work. All interaction with repair facilities is handled by phone or electronically so communication and computer skills are a must. Also, our adjusters need extensive mechanical knowledge and solid understanding of automobiles and light trucks.
CARS Protection Plus has an extensive sales group making up more than half our staff. We have an in-house team answering the phones and emails from our dealers as well as reaching out to potentials in each state we do business.
Our Outside Sales team work from their home in the 40 states in which we operate. Depending on size, a state can have one to five reps. We cover most of the eastern and central United States, going as far west as Nevada, providing job opportunities in over half the country. Our reps develop relationships with new and used car stores through service visits, referrals, and cold calls. They market our contracts and train dealers to effectively use our program. This is a “travel” position and they visit dealers from 9-5, M-F.
Our Inside Sales team supports our dealers and our out-of-house representatives. They answer the call when dealers have questions and their rep isn’t available. When not speaking with dealers already selling our products, the inside team reaches out to prospective dealers across the country to let them know what we offer. The inside team works out of our Murrysville office.
